No more paper bid sheets! We are so excited to unveil a new way of interacting with the auction and fundraising portion of this event and thank many of our members for their suggestion of implementing online & digital bidding.
Our goal is to make the auction experience smoother and more convenient for everyone involved. With our new online bidding system, you'll have access to all auction items in one place, the ability to bid in advance, and streamline the payment process...all while ensuring accurate recordkeeping for our PTO and increasing our fundraising reach for the children and teachers of Stewart Elementary.
Both online and in-person attendees will access the new platform to bid on amazing auction items, although many of the most exclusive items are reserved for our in-person attendees.
We highly recommend downloading the app for the best bidding experience. Our event team will be on-hand at the Gala to help our in-person attendees, should you still require assistance.
Yes! Many silent auction items will be available for bidding by both in-person attendees and those joining the silent auction online.
However, only our in-person attendees will have access to many exclusive items that will not be available for bidding online, including our Hot Ticket raffle items and all of our amazing live auction items.

Signup is quick & easy. Both online and in-person attendees will access the online auction the same way, but our in-person attendees will have access to many exclusive items at the Gala that will not be available for bidding online, including many "hot ticket" items and all of our live auction items.
Yes. All in-person attendees who wish to bid on both silent and live auction items will be using the app.
Silent Auction Items
You can begin bidding at any time on silent auction items. For the best experience, we recommend downloading the Givi app and placing a "max" bid so you can set it, forget it, and enjoy your interactive gala experience with all of your friends! You'll be notified if you're outbid on an item so you don't have to stay locked in to your phone all night. Our in-person attendees will also have exclusive viewing access to all of the silent auction items to get an up-close-and-personal look.
Live Auction Items
Live bidding will remain the same with traditional paddle bidding, but checkout will be done through the online bidding platform. You must be registered to bid through the platform to complete checkout of your live auction wins.
Don't fret! Our event team will reach out to you via the contact information from your bidder profile to schedule a seamless local pickup of your awesome auction win on the first business day after the close of the auction. Note that we will not ship items.

Woohoo! We can't wait to party with you! There are two options for reserved tables - table sponsorship (for families only) or a business sponsorship.
Family sponsorships are available for a couple (2 guests), half table (4 guests) or full table (8 guests) and can be purchased on our ticketing platform. For more details or to make a purchase, visit our Tickets page.

No. Although we are excited to welcome all of our Stewart families, this event is also open to the community and other supporters of the cause and our amazing school. Feel free to invite your friends!
All proceeds from this event go directly toward supporting the children, teachers, and families of Stewart Elementary by way of the Stewart Elementary PTO. Founded in the early 90's, the PTO provides support and funds many things that help contribute to a A-rated learning environment, including much needed supplies and items for our teachers and students, special programs for the school, field trips, events to promote parental involvement, and much more. Our valued partners and supporters are what make us successful!
There has to be some element of surprise to the night, right? Our event team is so excited to craft an unforgettable experience for you...so while we won't give away all the details, we can tell you that you definitely don't want to miss it!
We want you to have an amazing night and will do our best to accommodate special requests for seating. When you purchase your tickets, please enter your requests in the designated area.
Seating requests for individual tickets purchased separately are not guaranteed. If you have a group that would like to sit together, please consider a half or full table sponsorship to guarantee group seating and receive additional benefits! Visit our Tickets page for more details.
Weather permitting, we will host the opening reception and an interactive experience outside in the beautiful courtyard, but guests will always have the option to be indoors in one of multiple events spaces.
Let the outfit inspiration begin! The Gala will be cocktail attire. Step up your game and try to match the Fire & Ice theme - think sparkly outfits, fiery reds, cool blues, snowy whites, or any ensemble that reflects the theme. Be ready for your photo ops throughout the night...dressing to impress is encouraged to enhance the overall atmosphere of the event!
